You can do one of three things:

1. As Terry said, you can upload your collection online and email your friend a link to your online collection.

2. Install the CSVExport Plugin . Once installed, you will find the option to Export Profile Database to .CSV in the Tools menu. When you export to .csv choose all profiles and then select the fields that you wish to export, i.e., Title and Collection Number. Once exported, you can then open this .csv file with MS Notepad. In the Open File dialogue box in the "Files of Type" field select "All Files" so that the .csv file will show up in the list of files.  When you open the .csv file the list will look something like this:

"Title","Collection Number"
"'til Death: The Complete First Season","1551"
"*batteries not included","1624"
".45","1427"
"101 Dalmatians","1782"
"12 Angry Men","1823"
"12 Monkeys","231"
"The 13th Warrior","784"
"1408","1593"
"16 Blocks","1027"

You can remove the quotes "" by selecting "Replace" in Notepad's edit menu. In the field "Find What" type a quotation mark " and leave the field "Replace with" blank and click "Replace All". All of the quotation marks will be removed and your list will now look like this:

Title,Collection Number
'til Death: The Complete First Season,1551
*batteries not included,1624
.45,1427
101 Dalmatians,1782
12 Angry Men,1823
12 Monkeys,231
The 13th Warrior,784
1408,1593
16 Blocks,1027

When done, save your list as a .txt file. Now you can either cut and paste the list into an email or just email your friend the .txt file.

3. You can do pretty much the same thing by exporting your database to .xml but you will need to open it in MS Excel or another program that can edit .xml files. This method requires a little more work.

Hope this was helpful.

2a) you can also just open the csv file in excel providing you have that (it will be the defaultly associated program if you do) and then save it as an excel document (or just leave it as a csv) and send it just like that to your friend

4) or as Skip (very succinctly) pointed out in the first reply. You can use one of the many PDF writer softwares/drivers (such as the one Skip mentioned, Cute PDF, which I personally use) to print any report to a pdf file (or anything you would print from any program) and then e-mail that file to them.
