| | Posted: | | | | I have a new laptop and downloaded the latest version of Profiler. How can I then download my online collection that was created with a version prior to 3.0? It doesn't seem to be working, but there must be a way. I definitely don't want to re-enter all of them. Help!? |

| | Posted: | | | | If you don't have a backup of your older version, you're best bet would be to install the older version of DVD Profiler onto your laptop and then download your online collection. After that, create a backup of the database. Once that's done you can import the older version backup into the new version of DVD Profiler. | | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
