| Posted: | | | | Hi!
I've got a big problem with DVD Profiler 3.0:
I created my account here at invelos more than a year ago but I added my 370 dvds no more than a week ago. The collection shows in DVD Profiler and if i choose "online - DVD profiler online", log in and tell the program to upload the collection, there's the message that the transfer is complete some seconds later. But when i visit my homepage (http://www.invelos.com/dvdcollection.aspx/Neph), there's nothing there!
What did i do wong and what do i have to do different to make the upload work?
Thanks in advance! |

Thanks in advance! DVD Profiler is free to try and you are able to upload a portion of your database (max 50 titles) to your online collection. I believe there is an option in the upload screen to upload only 50 titles...but can't recall for sure. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | I already got the key and the registrations-info for 3.0.3 from a friend who hasn't got enough time to update his collection and therefore doesn't use the programm anymore.
That's why I only downloaded 3.0 and inserted the infos there.
@8ballMax No, there isn't. |

@8ballMax No, there isn't. Your friend's premium key is registered under his account. I'm not sure if it's possible to transfer a premium account over to another user. You'll have to contact Ken, the program developer for info in that regard. There is a link "Contact Us" at the bottom of the forum page for contact info for Ken. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | But everything else works (every single premium option) and the registration-infos were accepted, the only problem i've got is the problem when i want to upload my collection. |

| Posted: | | | | The Neph account does not have an unlimited registration associated to it. You cannot upload a collection of that size.

As Gerri has said as far as the site is concerned Neph is not a premium account (you have no eye icon under your username). | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

If your friend had a valid key (not from key-generator) you could contact Gerri Cole for further help. Maybe it's possible to change the account. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
