| Posted: | | | | I've posted this in the Profiler forum but have been advised to put it here as well so here goes.....
I've just found and tried out DVD Profiler and Mobile on my Axim x51v, both worked fine when syncing a few titles to test it, so I have now bought both.
Problem - I have put some more titles on the desktop but now when I try to sync to the Axim I get an error message "Cannot open file C:\Documents and Settings\Jonathan\Application Data\DVD Profiler\Temp\Temp.DVD". The path and file do exist - so what's wrong and how do I fix it please??
Thanks! |

| Posted: | | | | I have also this error message randomly when I must synch a lot of profile. When I have change a few numbers of profiles it's OK but when I must synch all my collection I have this error message and never on the same profile...
The path is different because I'm on Vista so it's not specific to an OS. I'm also admin on the computer... | | | Regards Cyrille | | | Last edited: by Cyrille |

| Posted: | | | | This doesn't have anything to do with your local windows (vista or xp). I've encountered the same problem on my Dell Axim (x51v). You will have this problem if DVDProfiler Mobile isn't in the folder '\Program Files' on your Windows Mobile device. For me it was in '\Programme' (a german system). Create a '\Program Files' folder move your DVD Profiler Mobile folder in it and everything will work again. For me it does. | | | Last edited: by jesthiele |
