I have followed all the instructions I was given to add covers to my dvd collection but unfortunately am unable to just insert the front or the back although I state this the whole cover appears on my database. What am I doing wrong  and what else do I have to do.  Paul

It sounds like you have one image that contains both the front and rear cover and probably the spine as well.  You'll need to use a graphics editing program to break them apart into two images with the front and rear covers with neither having the spine.  Then you can insert them into your profile.

you can even do this in DVD Profiler:
right click on the cover in DVD Profiler
select edit
bottom left select tab front image
if the picture is to large click on the red minus (should go to 66% in display size)
with the crosshair mark the top left of the cover fornt or back
drag (right click mouse and hold the click while moving to the right hand corner)
when satisfied with the selection go to the menu image
select crop
bottom left select tab back image
repeat above procedure

when finished click right bottom ok
