The following two things should really be added:
1) Blu-ray Region Coding should be added. Currently it is very confusing when someone sets the Region of a Blu-ray to DVD Region 2, this can mean Blu-ray Region A (Japan) or Region B (Europe). Yes.. this will result in changing the Region of many entries in the database, but that longer you wait that harder it gets. And that's something that has to be done for sure.
2) Something that will show up more and more is Dolby Headphone on Discs. It should be possible to select that as a Audio Format.
