I started using DVD Profiler a couple of months ago and have finally managed to gather up enough courage to attack my collection at home.
Having entered around 150 DVDs I decided to take a break and started the downloading of details and images. Sometime shortly before the whole process was done I got an error message and the process ended. A couple of disc were left in the queue but there is no trace of the other discs on my list. When I want to add some of the ones that don't appear they are reported as already on there. Uploading/downloading the collection online does not work.
Any suggestions?

According to your online collection page, you have 706 titles - does this include those that are missing or are they not showing up online either?
Other things to check - make sure you have no filters on at the moment. Also, I've noticed you have quite a few horrors - is it possible parental control is filtering some titles out?
Also, if you create a backup of your database - are they included in the backup? If they are, try backing up your database then restoring into a new, clean one.
Something else to try would be performing a database repair.

Edit: to see how many profiles you have in your list, look at the top of the Collection List window, you'll see two numbers: "Total DVDs" and "Filtered", how do they correspond with what you'd expect to see?

Edit 2: also check all the tabs: Owned, Ordered and Wish List, maybe they've gone onto one of them by accident.

Thanks for the suggestions.
I was actually going through a backup process before checking back here. I managed to track the data down and the discs are now in the DB however they don't have collection numbers assigned to them. flagging them manually and moving them solved that problem.
