Hi all

I have just downloaded and registered Profiler 3.0 and have attempted to create my own reports but have experienced problems with printing.

The images (DVD Covers) are not printing even thou the other detail is. (Collection number etc.)

I've attempted this on both my laser mono printer and color printer but no luck.

Any help with what I may of done wrong is appreciated.

This is usually a low memory problem. Try making sure there are no other programs running in the background when printing your report.

If that still does not help, you could try these settings for your Laser:
go to your configuration screen
goto faxes & printers
right click on the installed printer
select the printers property
goto the advanced tab
middle button Printprocessor (or simular)
on the right you would find: StandardDataType (or simular)
note the settings on paper
change to RAW

Thanks for the replies.

Appears lack of memory was the issue.

Had the PC on all day yesterday but after a fresh start this morning, all seems ok.

Assistance greatly appreciated

have you tried other reports? Are you using default covers from the online DB, or have you your own dvd covers scanned at high resolution. Did you check if there is a support site for your printer, is there a faq, have newer drivers, ... you give us little information the work with:
OS, brand & printer model?
