| | Posted: | | | | Over Easter I've been in Berlin and I've been offline.
Usually when you add by UPC you enter the UPC, the Personalization screen comes up, you ok it, the profile is added.
When I did the same thing offline, something else happened.
After entering the UPC and pressing ok, the "Edit Profile" screen came up. Without really realizing it, I switched to Personalization and entered all my stuff.
To this point it makes totally sense. Since I am offline he can't download the profile and thus it's logical that the Edit screen comes up.
But: When I pressed ok, then the usual Personalization screen came up - and was missing nearly everything of what I just entered. The only thing present was the purchase price. If you press ok now, all your previously entered Personalization data is lost. | | | Karsten
