I have just returned to DVDProfiler after a period away from it and was shocked to find that none of my details (user name, password, registration key) are recognised on this site (I have had to set up a new account just to access this forum). I bought DVDProfiler 2.0.1 in 2002, fully registered, and updated it to v2.4 on an old, dead PC. I am now attempting to install a copy of v2.1 on a new PC and was hoping to be able to update it online. It looks like this is going to be a major problem now. Could you please tell me how I can install DVDP on my new PC and if I'll have any trouble importing a backup version of my v2.4 database? Many thanks. Minutes later: OK, I've found some answers to my questions in a sticky in this section (always check the stickies.  ) but I'd still like to make sure I won't be losing any data if I upgrade to v3. |
