Pardon me if this has been asked.  I searched and did not find an answer.

I have an older widescreen version of T3 Rise of the Machines.  I now want to add the HD-DVD version.  They have different UPC codes but I get an error saying it is already in my collection.
How do I get around this?

Thanks!!

View the ALL tab and press ALT-F10 and enter the UPC of the HD-DVD version into the search field and hit enter.  The cursor will jump to that profile.

Note that if it doesn't, expand all your box sets and try again.

Since your online collection is empty, I could not see what UPC you have for the DVD version. I only see 1 version for HD-DVD (012569 809444) and none of the standard DVD versions have that UPC. Check your collection and make sure the DVD version UPC matches your copy. If you added that by title, you may have inadvertently picked the HD version. If it were in your wish list or ordered list, the program should move it to the owned automatically, but you might check those lists also.

Hope that helps, and WELCOME to the asylum.

Thanks everyone.  It was operator error.  It was indeed a duplicate upc.  I didn't realize I had 2 copies of T3 in HD.  I had already added one.
My collection is now online.
Thanks again!!

One good reason to use DVD Profiler Mobile -- to prevent inadvertent double dips!

I wish I had that many DVDs.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
