| Posted: | | | | The only thing I can think of is to uninstall DVDP and delete the associated directories/folders in your My Documents folder and reinstall. But before reinstalling I would make sure no other programs are running in the background, i.e., firewalls, anti-virus, net nannys, etc. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | If 8balMax solution did not work: There could be some issue with gdiplus.dll. With the ATI Radeon card you may need to try lowering the graphics acceleration If you do upgrade be certain to select the updates in the language of your XP HomeIf not available in your language go for the English one. Do you have XP Service Pack 2 running? If not install the XP SP2 servicepack for the language of your XP ( Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2) Have you Microsoft .NET Framework running? If not don't Upgrade to Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5IMPORTANT: If you have installed earlier pre-release versions of .NET Framework 3.5, then you must uninstall them prior to running this installation by using Add or Remove Programs.c:\Windows\system32\gdiplus.dll is version Microsoft GDI+ 5.1.3102.2180 c:\Programs\DVD Profiler\gdiplus.dll is version Microsoft GDI+ 5.1.3102.1360 check those version numbers c:\windows\system32 should be greater then the one in DVD Profiler | | | Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted.
