I just purchased a new computer and I install DVDProfiler 3.1.1 build 1171. So I install my product key without any problem and I tried to restore my database of more than 750 entries. All the database was restore but I don't see any image. I'm getting "Image Not Available" on all items restored.

On my previous computer I was running  version 3.0.3 build 1136.

Any idea how to restore these images?

This problem occurs when you're using the online collection as a backup.
The better backup would be via DVDPro menu "File -> Backup Profile Database ...", because it saves all your local information.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

the best offcourse is using the 2:
- backup your local db using backup
- put your collection online where you could retrieve it if things go wrong
