Hi There
I have one problem with DvD profiler,that every time i type a ean code in to ad a dvd to my collection,the program says unknown ean code,but if a type the title of the dvd ,he found most of the time,the correct dvd.have somebody a solution for this!

Are you typing in all the digits?

If you're in the US/Canada its a 12 digit number. Rest of the world is typically 13 digits.

Unless you've got some rare or new titles, it would be unusual for it not to have most of your collection.

Maybe you could post some examples, with also what they're called and the country you got them from.

Here you can find example of a UPC code (on the left) and EAN (on the right)
