| | Posted: | | | | I am new to this forum. I just installed the trial version and think its much more comfortable than my so far used mydvd software. But I don´t want to type in every single dvd. mydvd can export my movies into a csv list an I would like to import this one. |

If you can export to a list of just upc's (or edit your export in excel) then this will accomplish what you want. (though above 50 titles you will need the unlimited version to use plugins)
you could also use a barcode scanner and just add each dvd by scanning the barcode.

-Agrare That was quick, thank you. Yes my dvd collection is above 570 and I am not delighted by the idea of typing or scanning each dvd, though scanning is still the comfortable solution. Thanks again. |

| | Posted: | | | | I'd give the upc import (available on the plugins download page) a try since you would have no dvds in your collection when you start it, and it adds the dvds, you may be able to run it once and import your full 570+. Though at 570+ dvds, it is well worth the $30 to purchase the unlimited registration and then use of the import wouldnt be a problem. You still may have to enter a few titles that don't have upc's and are profiled by disc id though such as the Indiana Jones movies since only the box has a upc) -Agrare |
