-- check your internet settings (are you connected??)

| | Posted: | | | | I originally added it to my wishlist and the next time that it tried to update the profile it gave an error message saying,
"Error
An error has occurred processing this file."
I have gotten that same message over and over since. Every other profile downloads without a problem. My computer has been turned off and on many times since, my internet connections are working, & I have checked my firewall settings. I'm just a little confused as to why it is only this profile that won't download. |

| | Posted: | | | | The other issue that I have encountered with testing is an "internet nanny" software. In testing, it corrupted one of the files that was being downloaded, so if you have that type of protection on your computer, you should disable it when you are trying to download.
