cuecat problem

hello i recently bought a cuecat to scan dvds i have bought as typing is quite difficult for me...  however whenever i scan them the 'cat seems to always miss the last digit....   any ideas

What kind of barcode you use?
If this is correct, you have to configure youre scanner to any barcodes.
When it is right,is in the manual a barcode setting for reading all barcodes.
Try this !

I believe if your Cuecat is the unmodified type (de-clawed ) then you will need the Catnip software for it to function properly in DVDP.

ahhh now that my comp as decided to allow me access to this page again....       

the bar code is EAN. i tried the software and all i got was a cuecat that didnt work      so i uninstalled and all was good...
