I'm in the UK and started using DVD profiler before I changed it from the default USA to UK settings.
The DVD ratings have changed over to UK Certificate ratings ok, but in the "Edit Users..." area there are only American Certificate ratings to choose from, both for a new or existing user. Any help much appreciated. |

DVD rating is bounded to the locality you have the DVD for. Be shure you downloaded the correct dvd from the correct locality.
From the menu Tools > Options:
Defaults:
Region: 2 - Europe, Japan, S. Africa
Locality: United Kingdom
Regions to Include: Mark those where you have/buy dvd's from
System:
Localisation: English (UK)
Currency: Great Brittain (Pound) | | | | Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. Please include the sources for your changes in the contribution notes, especially for cast and crew additions. | | | | Last edited: by ? |

| | Posted: | | | | Go to Tool > Options > Default and select Region 2 Locality United Kingdom > Ok. When you go back to Tools > Edit User the ratings shown will be for the UK. |
