@Vdee1959jay:  Very good answer!  That's the solution.  + to you

@womack: This is the WHY that happened:  From what you posted, the reason that the images did not download is that you downloaded your online collection (Select Online -> DVD Profiler Online -> Sign In -> Next -> Download).  This only brings in the profiles, not profiles & images.  I will take a guess that something either buggered up in your collection, or you just used the online collection as a "backup medium".  A better way to backup your collection is to use a USB key to do so.  I have over 1000 dvds in my collection and my backup file is only 222Mb (this will vary depending on whether or not you use the headshots feature) (I shudder at m.cellophane & skipnet50 who have over 5000 in their collections).  Just buy an inexpensive 1Gb key and away you go.

To BACKUP
Select File -> Backup Database -> browse to the USB key and click OK

To RESTORE
Select File -> Restore Database -> browse to your backup file on the USB key and click OK

NOTE: this is a good way to keep any scans that you have done that may have not been accepted by the database.

You can get a 4 GB key for under a hundred.  Even larger if you don't care about data speed.
