Tried 4x to add Donnie Darko: The Director's Cut to collection...tried UPC twice and disk ID twice.  Also tried to add using title.  Preview comes up good, but get error when I select to add to owned.  Keep getting an error processing file.  Looks like it is failing trying to dl the profile.  Any ideas??

yep...was weird..I had it in my ordered list but the cover image wasnt right so i deleted it from the ordered and went to add it to owned and that is when the trouble started...
