Profile Images are Missing

Weird thing has happen.  After scanning DVDs into Profiler 3.1.1 on home PC and then uploading to website, images not profiles were lost when downloading to office PC.  I've been refreshing image profiles one at a time on office machine.  Is there anyway to select more than one of the "non-image" dvds so they can be correctly updated on my office machine?

There is an option to either a) refresh all update profiles from Invelos or b) Refresh All images.

both of these are located in the Online menu
