my right side scrolls up and disapears

the right side of my screen scrolls up and disapears until i click the general info but only comes back down until i leave the area...any way to make it stay?

I have a hard time imagining what is happening on your computer (the right side scrolls up...?). Do you have a way to provide a screen shot?
