| Posted: | | | | After I upgraded the tabs and buttons that designate different functions are still there but the text no longer shows up. For example when I click the add DVD to collection button and the new frame pops up there is not text on the tabs that let me add by upc code or by title or anywhere else. This is also happening in the main program as well. Anyone have this problem before? Thanks.

| Posted: | | | | Are you running any background programs like AnyDVD or WindowBlinds that could be interfering? If you are, disable them and then open DVDP and see if the issue continues.
And also make sure under Tools -> Options -> System that the Localization Language didn't get changed to something other than "English (US)". | | | "Rules are for the obedience of fools and the guidance of wise men" - Douglas Bader "A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools." - Douglas Adams |

I don't use DVD or Window Blinds programs and yes the setting in the location is still the United States. Thanks for trying. |

| Posted: | | | | Well, all I got left would be a complete reinstall. I would backup your current database (File -> Backup Database - and include everything) and then uninstall Version 3. Afterward, be sure to go into your C:\ Program Files\ and delete the "DVD Profiler" folder and then also go into your My Documents and delete the "DVD Profiler" folder from in there as well. Then reinstall Version 3 and restore your backed up database.
If you're running any custom layouts or you've installed and configured any plug-ins then it may get a bit more complicated if you're looking to preserve all those settings. | | | "Rules are for the obedience of fools and the guidance of wise men" - Douglas Bader "A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools." - Douglas Adams |
