| Posted: | | | | You only see the check box if you are supplying a NEW BY not recognised by Invelos. So if you are supplying an update to a profile with say Harrison Ford (1942) as opposed to Harrison Ford (1882) you won't see the check box, already documented.
But if you tried say Mark Hamill (BY) you would see the check box and have to supply documentation to justify the inclusion.
Hope this clears it up a bit?

Steve So if there is no check box then the BY is already in the database. | | | Jim

Just found this out myself with a Blade Runner submission with Harrison Ford. | | | "Rules are for the obedience of fools and the guidance of wise men" - Douglas Bader "A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools." - Douglas Adams |
