I am having a problem getting a headshot to link to the other DVD's that I have in my collection.

The one I am having a problem with is LARRY THE CABLE GUY.

Now ... before you say that there must be more then one and that is why .. there is only one. I have gone into editing and click on his name and unloaded him from the DVD. I then go back in after searching his name out (and only one comes up) and then I add it back in and save it. I click on his name and then CAST INFORMATION to see what is tagged to it and still does not pick up other ones that I have that he is in. When I go to the other ones they show he is tagged in 6 DVD's ... when I do his orognal ... only shows that he is tagged in 3.

Any ideas?

I did what you said and just typed in LARRY ... nothing else ... scrolled through entire list ... only ONE for LARRY THE CABLE GUY.

The other thing I tried to explain in previous post was that I went into EDIT and REMOVED him from cast. Then I searched him under LARRY THE CABLE GUY ... and when it came up it has his picture and I added him to the DVD.

I did the same thing to ALL of the DVD's the EXACT same way and this is why I can not understand what is happening.

I had a problem with Jeff Foxworthy not showing up in some and when I did a search on him there were multiples of his. I again did him the same way and he shows up in all just fine.

How about this:

For each and every profile that you have with larry the cable guy,
  edit the profile
  go to the cast edit tab
  select larry the cable guy in the right-hand edit window
  press the "Find the cast member" button at the bottom of the right-hand window
  in the lower part of the left-hand window make note of the exact placement of all words into first, middle and last names in the variant of larry the cable guy that is selected for you

See how many are different (note that extra spaces are difficult to detect)

You should be able to match all of them up (selecting a particular name in the left-hand window and right-clicking will give a context menu that contains "delete" which can be selected to see which profiles that particular variant is used in)

The cast lookup can be extremely difficult to use when a name contains internal spaces. Scrolling a list box containing 64,000 entries is not always a usable solution ...
