| Posted: | | | | Yesterday when I wanted to check my collection online I noticed it was blank. Nothing was there, although I have 60 dvd's in my profiler. Eventually I just made another account and I still stumble on the same problem. Anyone here that can help me?

| Posted: | | | | an online collection is limited to 50 dvds or less if you have a free account.
As soon as you have more than 50 dvds (and a free account) then you lose your online collection. | | | Paul |

If you have a regn key have you put this into the DVD profiler program - if so, make sure you haven't added any spaces to the end of the regn number. (If you are using the latest version then this can't be the problem). It is possible for payments to take up to 5 days before paypal passes the payment to invelos. | | | Paul |
