| | Posted: | | | | Just installed the new version. Can't figure out the view menu. Six different themes but I can't resize the windows. All I need to see is a small picture and overview. Maybe next semester I'll write something like this under GNU.
Is it just me I wonder? I would not pay 29 cents for this piece of bloatware crap. I might consider using it if invelos will pay me me! |

May solve the problem. btw: Under "View" are more options for you to figure out how to use probably. And: I think noone forces you to use that prog or pay for it. And good luck for your GNU project.  |

No, I didn't mean GPL; licensing has never been one my primary considerations, and I was not aware of the GPL acronym at time. I purchased membership because of the hosting feature. DVD profiler is still bloaty, but so is a lot of other software. BTW, I'm an MIS major and not a developer. As MIS you normally wouldn't meet to many customers, but I can tell you that their wishes (when followed) have the tendency to bloat any software project. But I submit that your premise about the ease of making a movie database (with the implication hat it would be equally functional with DVDP, yet easier to use), is flawed. | | Posted: | | | | I just meant a movie database for my own needs. I can't imagine developing something that supports thousands of users. Considering the online hosting, DVDprofiler is an awesome bargain. More specifically, I paid for it, I use it and it works fine without much hassle. |
