Can't update profile and images

After upgrading from DVDProfiler 2.5 to 3.1 a lot of the profiles didn't convert properly due to the new UPC standard, where you also type in the first and sometimes the last digit extra compared to before. Now when I try to fix this by changing to the correct UPC, I still cant refresh most of the profiles, and just get the message: "unable to download file". I know that there are profiles for these movies because when i try to add a DVD and copy-paste the same UPC in the search box, I can do a peview and see the profile and cover images. What can I do to fix this?

do you have any firewall or antivirus software that may be interfering with the connection?
Also try using the alternate internet connection method in the options, see if that helps.

I don't think that's the problem because it's not all the titles that have this problem, only some of them.

Maybe a longshot, but have you double-checked the locality of those profiles?
