| Posted: | | | | I logged in to change account information like email address and password. The webpage crashed and now I can't log into my original account. I've been a member for a number of years so I've lost my dvd profiler key. I can supply you with my account name and the original email address I used. I would be happy to avoid having to re-log all my movies and recover my old account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here's a link to my online list that I wanted to download to divd profiler 3.1.0 http://www.intervocative.com/dvdcollection.aspx/Kramwc | | | Last edited: by kramwc |

| Posted: | | | | I was successful with logging into my account and I can see all my personal info & online movie collection. I"m aware that there are two different applications, i.e Intervoactive & Invelos. The migration from Intervoactive to Inelos may not have moved my profile. I suffered a hard drive crash many many months ago and lost everything including dvd profiler 2.4 and local database. I used the free version so no key was necessary. I would like to repopulate my collection by downloading my online collection using dvd profiler 3.1.0. I'm unable to do so. I can only upload. Any helpful suggestion????
again here's my online database list. http://www.intervocative.com/dvdcollection.aspx/Kramwc
Thank you very much for your help !!!!!! |

| Posted: | | | | You'll need to reinstall version 2.4 and restore your collection from the website. Then back it up onto your hard drive. Run version 3 and restore your database from the back-up. Please note however, the free version only limits you to 50 titles before it restricts some options. You may want to restore only some titles to evaluate the program before restoring the rest. |
