Hi,

when I add by title and disable download from Invelos, there is no cover picture tab. Is this on purpose?

You're right. I don't get a cover tab either.
However, if you later edit the entry it appears then so I guess it must be deliberate - I guess Ken must assume that because it's a manually created DVD, it won't have a cover.

Although there isn't a tab - you still have the ability to add the cover art.  Just use the next button and you'll find that the 2nd last screen comes up for the cover art.  You can then just insert or cut and paste the cover in.
