How do I send in dvd covers that are not in the database ? And once I have sent them will they become instantly available or whats the wait time ?

2) you go to the cover section
3) you paste the cover or you use the menu file->open
Now you have it locally. If you were a premium user you were able to contribute it to the online database | | | Karsten

When I contributed it the checkbox for including the image scan was shaded out preventing me from including it. How can I submit the image for the database? |

The fact it's shaded usually means the cover is already exactly the same as the one already in the database for that particular UPC/Disc id and locality.
