| Posted: | | | | Suddenly DVD profiler will not update because there is a new version. BUT Intervocative does not recognized my name, password, registration key, or receipt ID, forcing me to create a new account just to post this message. What happened to the software that USED TO work so well? Is Intervocative hustling its subscribers to pay yet another fee (so much for promises of free upgrades) |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for your helpful reply, FunkyLA. I upgraded as instructed, but it won't recognize my registration key. Clicking on the links for product information, registration information, forgot your key?, or If you have a DVD Profiler 2x registration key click here do not work. Seems to be no recourse. Bummer. |

| Posted: | | | | Registration codes from version 1.?? worked on version 2.5, but there is a new format for version 3. To update your version 1.?? registration key, go to: http://www.invelos.com/Registration.aspx?display=update and you will get a new code that is compatible with version 3.?? BUT - and here is the kicker - The new code I got for version 3 still is rejected. So I am closer to a solution, but not there yet. Thanks Zwollenaar, I'll give the links a try and contact Ken or Gerri- -Greg |

| Posted: | | | | If you have an accented character (or æøå ß)in the name you registered with, the key won't work. PM Gerri so that she can change your name and send you a new key | | | The colour of her eyes, were the colour of insanity |

| Posted: | | | | Yeah, the eye icon next to your name confirms you have a premium key. If you're having problems getting the program to recognise your key, check that both the key and name match what's on the registration page exactly. The registration is case sensitive, so any difference at all will stop it working. Also, as rebyr says, any accents in the name will cause problems too. |
