Maybe a dumb question, but how should I show the aspect ratio for the following?

Widescreen film, probably 1.78:1.  However, the transfer to DVD was as 4:3 - with the result that one sees a 'letterbox-slot' in the middle of a 4:3 frame.

I've tried all the 'Video Format' combinations, but can't get this to show correctly.

That was what I had done when posting the contribution, but in later checking the publisher's web-site noticed that it was described their as being as 4:3.  They also described it as widescreen on another of their pages, so I don't think even they are sure how to describe it.
