| Posted: | | | | I had the user name gcj with version 2 and tried to use v3 without paying but it wouldnt download my co9llection. I put this down to the fact there were over 280 titles and heard the trial version limited to 50 or something.....I have just paid and got the key but v3 is still not letting me download my online collection
Thats my old collection there and i want to import that into v3 but the download bit is greyed out and only the upload bit is open for use.
http://www.intervocative.com/dvdcollection.aspx/gcj
Im guessing this is user error and ive probably done something wrong with all these keys and usernames and stuff so apologise in advance if this is the case
Im assuming the two accounts are not linked correctly as if you go the newer account http://www.invelos.com/DVDCollection.aspx/gcj it says my account is empty. I really cant work out whats gone wrong.
Hopefully some one can help me fix it. thanks
v2 User name = gcj email = dvd!NOforums@gavinpSPAM!rosser.co.uk without the !NOSPAM!
v3 username = gcj email = the same as above | | | Last edited: by gcj |

| Posted: | | | | You cannot download your V2 collection into V3. What you can do is take your V2 backup and import it into V3. |

Make a full backup of your database within profiler 2.4 (file ends with *.dpb) 3. Start profiler 3.0 and restore from here the database hth | | | Thorsten |
