I have a DVD Profiler Key that Invelos says is invalid. What do I do now?

have you converted your IVS key to an Invelos one?

I'm going to admit right now that I'm not the most computer savvy person, but I think I tried putting my DVD profiler key into the upgrade section of Invelos, and it just said that that key was invalid, and to make sure the name and key were correct.
I've looked again at the key from Invocative.com, and it is right.

I am such a doofus! I had one too many letters in my old key written down. I'll start again with the correct key and see what happens. It's usually operator error, right? Thanks for help!
