Here's one for ya:

Moved to a new PC and pulled down my list from the website instead of a backup file. A few images were missing but I figured out it was because they were old ones from the shorter UPC times. Updated them to the new full UPC and got the images... Accept one... (out of over 1k movies.. not bad... I guess...)

I have a version of:

Whose Line is it Anyways? Season 1: Vol 1

With Drew Carey. It's not the unrated version (darn) that the system does have (which is UPC 085391-100218). The images are very similar but not exactly the same. The one I have is UPC (012569-820234). Obvious differences are on the back cover where at the top it only says "The Improvisation Sensation!" and not the rest of the red below it about uncensored extras.

My ISBN is 1-4198-3559-9 also if it helps.

Now my old computer does have the images and info so it was pulled down before. But now it's not there. I also checked the images on the other system and they do match what I have on the DVD itself so they are different from the unrated version.

Is there a backup to get this profile back into the system somehow or is there something I can do to help form my end?

I tried updating the profile for that one manually (clicking on it and refreshing it from the menu) and it error's out on the pull. None of the others do...

I can do a full backup from my other system but I thought you might want to know that a DVD was missing from the database (so it seems).

Thanks

It's a user built database, so if its missing, it needs to be put in. You are a user are you not?

Download the profile for unrated version.  Change the UPC to match your copy, and scan and replace the cover pictures.  Then go through it and edit to make sure the body of the profile matches your version on disc.  Then you can contribute the whole thing as a new version.  Much faster than starting from scratch.  Make sure you fully document where the data is from, etc.

Actually, what I meant with my post was; It used to be there. I have it on my old computer all correct images and all. Now it's gone. I can import it from the old system and have the perfect profile but it's not in the database anymore... This post was more for admins than anyone else. I have what I wanted for my end... I was more-or-less letting them know they have a hole... and I could supply data if they need for a restore.

Try resubmitting it then, for some reason, perhaps bad UPC # or whatever it did survive the move to 3.x.
