Need Help on restoring DVD's from old version

I have just downloaded the new version of DVD profiler and it asked me to do a backup of the old database and I did, however, when I went to restore them, only 50 of my 816 DVD's came through.  Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong or how I can get the rest of my DVD's to show up.  I really don't want to enter all of them over again.

I just posted the answer, I hope, under Backup profile data base - HELP!!!!! Sorry but I don't know how to move the answer I received to this post.

OOPS - forgot to add the other directions - once you do this upload to online. I was also told to try "data base repair utility" first.

Thank you.  I was sweating there for awhile.  I did all that you suggested and it worked.  I feel much better now.
