| Posted: | | | | When adding movies by EAN/UPC and there is more features with the same EAN/UPC we get a list of theese to chose from, and if the right one is threre simply choose that one...
I have tried to add some features from some box sets by disc ID, as this is the only way for this, but then I only get one movie up and it is the wrong one... wrong country same ID... Then I take a quick search by title, and the correct movie is there with the same ID to choose.
Why do we not get to choose from a list of features when adding by disc ID???
Exsample: Back to the future: disc ID FF3F238627D690C1 When putting the disc in the drive it supose this is the sweden contribution, and this is the only one that is available, but there is more out there, for exsample the one I need in Norwegian.

| Posted: | | | | Please use the Search feature of the forum. This has already been mentioned a couple of times. Ken is aware of it and is looking into the issue. No idea when it's going to be fixed (soon, I hope). |

| Posted: | | | | Yeah... the search as been done... The search engine is sooo great.. and I found your post now, after several minutes, (knowing it was there) a link would have been great (first I found a simular answer to another user from you...) When searching for eks. disk ID, I got all post with either disc or ID in it, normal "disc ID" together does not work, is there any other smart search tips? oleops Knowing now that Ken is looking at it... | | | We are all at the same age, only at different time... | | | Last edited: by oleops |

| Posted: | | | | After putting the disc in the drive, add it to your collection but DO NOT download from the online. Just add it to your collection and if necessary edit the profile to the correct locality. Then do a Refresh from the online and you will get the correct profile for your locality (if available). | | | First registered: February 15, 2002 |
