Access denied on program download

Deleted old ver 2.x. Downloading new version. Gets to 100% File Download then pops up error:

"Access to the specified device, path, or file is denied."

Any ideas?

try another place on harddisc, looks like you try to download on to cd-rom or memory stick
Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. Please include the sources for your changes in the contribution notes, especially for cast and crew additions.

Like Giga said - it sounds like that error is from where you are trying to save the downloaded file.

And I hope you have your backup from v2 so you can easily get your collection into the new version (by restoring the database) before you deleted the old version.

Finally found the cause of the problem. Computer couldn't find winzip to zip open download. Opened winzip program first, then searched for download file and all is well.

Did backup of old v2 db and restored, no problem.
