| | Posted: | | | | I can't seem to find a way to recover my lost key, I can't log into the site to get the key and if you don't have a key or login you can not send a support ticket, I seem to be locked out of this.
Can someone for DVDprofiler help me. |

and it seems the only key I printed isn't the one I paid for. So I'm not sure how to get my paid for key back. |

| | Posted: | | | | Go back to the Intervocative website and sign in, then click on "Registration" at the top.
That should give you your old info.
If you then go back to DVD Profiler 3 and click "Registration Information" in the "Tools" menu, it should open the registration window with a link which says something like "if you have a 2.4/2.5 registration key click here." Use that link. |
