| Posted: | | | | Great job. Almost where I need it to be. Yes, I can find the location and slot information behind the "Disk" tab, but it would really be useful if it were an option on the collection list view whereby it would list the title, location and slot. Also the same info would be available in the thumbnail view. For those with changers (I have (3) 400 disk Kenwood's) this information is far more important than collection number. As this would allow me to avoid the purchase of a DMX-3000 remote I would be glad to share some of the savings. | | | 3 400 disk Kenwoods, 63" Samsung plasma, 50" Pioneer plasma, 46" Panasonic plasma, 32" Sharp LCD, 2 23" Samsung LCD's. +750 DVD's, +50 BR, 2 dachshunds, 1 beagle |

since space is limited, the description field is not needed but I think the Location or Slot or Location+Slot for the first disc would be a very nice thing to have directly on the first "My Collection" screen.
My PDA boots a heck of a lot faster than my PC when it's late and I can't find the darn movie!!!! | | | Premium member since 29 August 2002 ----

| Posted: | | | | This would be a GREAT feature. I keep my PDA on the coffee table and use Profiler Mobile to give me the slot number in my changer of the movie I want to watch. Since I NEVER use the collection number, I would love to see the option of displaying slot # in the collection list instead. This would speed things up since I usually tap in the wrong spot at least once on the way to find the slot number.
I am hoping to see the beta of a newer version of Profiler Mobile soon that incorporates some of the great requests being posted! |
