I had to purchase a new computer as my old one crashed.  I did a download of my existing collection and all the profiles, cast info, etc. is there but NO images of the front & rear cover art.  What did I do wrong?  Can anyone please advise.

I would try DVD Profiler > Tools > Options > Utilities > Clean Images Directory > follow instructions > close DVD Profiler > run Database Repair > choose Full Repair Type > follow instructions > start DVD Profiler > Online > Refresh All Images > follow instructions and then see if that resolves your issue/s.
