| Posted: | | | | Due to a recent hardware failure, I had to replace my laptop, which, having a full hard drive, the backup was about four months out of date. I downloaded my collection from the website, but nothing has had images except for new acquisitions that I did not have on my wish list.
I have twice attempted to refresh the images. Of 1,014 titles in my owned tab, I counted only 159 that had images after the refreshing of images was supposedly complete., and many (but far from all) of those were the aforementioned recent acquisitions.
I'm not really finding a pattern as to which images have items and which do not. A lot of my earliest acquisitions (Zardoz, Tommy, Titus etc.) are showing images, but so are items I purchased within the past year but before I got my new computer (Monsterland, Murder by Death, Pitch Perfect 3). That doesn't really mean much because they basically went in in alphabetical order when I first got DVD profiler, If I sort by collection number, 1 has an image, there is no 2 or 3 or 8 through 12, but the others are all missing images until #13, and there seems to be no consistency as I proceed farther. |

| Posted: | | | | If the numbers missing image you've mentioned match your online collection the common denominator seems to be those are disc id profiles. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | Here is what I did: I used the "ScrapeGoat" tool of BulkEdit to create a profile skeleton for the first 76 (alphabetically) profiles of your online collection and then did a "Refresh" from the Invelos Online. The only images that did not download, were for profiles whose other metadata also did not download. These were: 096009498245, Amanda and the Fox 4010228205954.5, -->Thrill<-- 5099921658297, John Adams: American Classic 625828193194, The Atlantis Conspiracy 715515201216, L'Argent: The Criterion Collection screenshotDoes that give you any clues? If not, maybe you could give us the list of profiles that you are talking about. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Hey, new product!!! | Posted: | | | | I tried to take a screenshot to paste here, but that's not an option unless I find some other place online to upload. |

| Posted: | | | | By any chance did you have the cover images locked on those profiles? |

The post I pointed you to had nothing to do with reinstalling. It was how to remove a possibly corrupted file that was blocking the download. | | | Thanks for your support.
