The title on their website includes "Corp", so I would go with that...

Omit company suffixes such as LLC, Ltd., Inc.

Isn't "Corp" a company suffix?

If you look at the website Rander linked to, you'll immediately see that "LLC" is the company suffix. That's the one that the rules demand we drop.

Also, we wouldn't drop "Corporation" from, say, "The Mirisch Corporation", right? Or drop the "C" in "BBC" ("British Broadcasting Corporation")?

The name on their website www.echobridgeac.com is actually "Echo Bridge Acquisition Corp. LLC"

The contribution rules state "Omit company suffixes such as LLC, Ltd., Inc."
http://www.invelos.com/dvdpro/contributions/Rules.aspx?display=filmdetails

The contribution rules also state "There is further information about correct listings of studios and media companies, and the opportunity to ask questions if unsure, in the Contributions forum."

There is also this thread.
Pinned: Company suffixes and when to include them.
Please read the posts in the above link, on your own, I am not copying the posts here.

So in this case, I would think, we would use "Bridge Acquisition Corp."
But, what ever the group / Invelos decides, our decision should be put in the pinned thread.
