Online collection empty

Hi,

When i try to check my online collection website, the list is empty. What could be the reason for it? I have unlimited registration key.

Did you first upload to your online database from the Widows version of DVD Profiler?

Yes, when i try to upload it, online last sync 4 april 2025. Ttotal entries 1767. So, i dont undertand whats wrong.

Are they categorized as Owned, Ordered, or Wishlist?

They're probably in a custom collection that's not included in the "owned" collection.
