As I do with myself. We all have our pet peaves that can be seen as silly by many...

Remember how I was active in the threads (3 or 4 of them) when Ken added the Unrated rating. This is hard to beat in the silly-department and I have an hard time to understand why I was that much against this... because it isn't a big deal. Probably (ok not probably but certainly) one of those cases of stubbornness because I can't be wrong, I was so worked up for something with no importance

I still don't get that one. There is no logic at all in two distinct ratings, one called "Not Rated" and one called "Unrated".
99.9% of all cat plans consist only of "Step 1."

Actually (and totally not wanting to dredge this up again), but they mean two different things.

Generally, "Not Rated" means it was never submitted to the review board for a rating where as Unrated means a version of the film was once rated, but this version (like a director's cut) contains something different that was never rated.

Nitpicky for sure, but there is a distinct difference between the  two.

and I don't want to bring this back too... I just mentionned it, because it's a discussion where I think I was silly when I rethink of how I've made that much of a deal for something so trivial.

I think the stubbornness has to do with alot of these discussions getting a little out of hand and bordering the stupid line. Nobody likes to be proven wrong when they are so positive that their position on a subject is the correct one. That is when it usually starts to get personal.

TRON is an acronym (wich I don't know the meaning) It could have been written like this T.R.O.N. but Disney put it all captalise but for you who are aware of the movie rememeber CLU had a meaning and if I am correct C for Clone, L (sorry I don't remember not at home at the moment) and U for Utility. I beleive TRON is the same and I agree to have TRON all capitalized for that reason only.

CLU (Codified Likeness Utility)

TRON is not the same..

Per Steven Lisberger, in a "Making of Tron", the name for Tron came from the fact that  he was elecTRONic.  It was not an abbreviation for Trace On,  as so many people commonly like to believe (and if it was, wouldn't TrOn be more appropriate).

So Tron is not the same

Legacy is supposed to be "LEGACY"? Mmmhhh, I think I missed that somehow.

Edit: How about PREDATOR?

Yeah, if anything it should be 'TRON: Legacy' or 'Tron: Legacy'.

Wasn't the official ruling 'TRON: Legacy'?

Not all threads get the "big finish" they deserve - but apparently this one does. I guess that's poetic justice...

Agreed. I have countless movies with capitalized titles. Time to go on a contribution spree.

The first thing I do after downloading a new profile is to delete all Cast and Crew data.
I think it's easier to do it all from scratch than to find and correct the errors.

Having even to check the title now ... the online database is becoming more and more useless.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Well, I remember you reproached me to say those things, some years ago...

Seems that you changed your mind. Just using "real" data (I mean data used by everybody except those following Invelos rules) would avoid this..
