Or do you just sit staring at them, cooking up the next pedantic, pointless argument? Actually, that's exactly what it means. That section is in addition to, meaning added to, the primary rule. I am sure you can think of many examples really easily where that is not the case. But as I pointed our it is academic since even if you follow that standard credits talks of actors these are not actors but puppeteers so why are we not good to go? |

The primary rule as you call it refers to actors The secondary as it were refers to Puppeteers that's fine since it's a different category. Eg Meal Rules When it is cold outside a hot meal must be served In addition to the above: Steak must always be rare and served with salad. You must eat jelly(o) with a spoon and eat a portion of fish on a Friday. A pefectly workable set of rules but we know what to do with steak, jelly(o) and on fridays no matter what the weather is. |
