F1, I downloaded your full headshot file and found a few errors.

Is there a way to delete all unused crew members, but keep ALL headshots even those currently not used?

But won't that preserve only the cast/crew with images that are currently in use?  Delete the ones which aren't currently in use?  If it will only remove unused cast/crew which have no images/headshots, then that's something I need to do as well.  I've been afraid of even messing with the full db repair for fear it will remove unused cast/crew headshots that I would rather keep, future-proofing my db for cast/crew images for movies I have yet to purchase...
