Right now, double, we have only the users claim of an error. Is it in actuality...we don't know yet.

When Pantheon claimed that he had an email confirming a BY, you accepted it without question.  This situation is no different, yet you seem to be going out of your way to cast doubt on this users claims.  I just don't get it.

Just to be clear, I too trust that Pantheon is telling the truth about his email, I just don't understand accepting one claim but not the other.

I have to disagree with you Kathy. It is 3 small incisions, 1 for the camera, 1 for the laser and 1 for the forcips. And I'm feeling much better now.

I was only trying to illustrate a point - but you are correct.

I'm glad to hear your feeling better though - even little incisions hurt.

Just trying to lighten it up.

Please, amigo, not even close to analogous. Neill went out and got the subject to email him, not ideal but in that and other instances it is likely the best we can do. DJ didn't provide anything other than her knowledge, that is not documentation. I came up with a plan within the rules, someone found the website. If there is something that allows us to cross ref from the disc to the web  that's great and would be near ideal. But the site is fine.

Not only close, but the exact same situation.

No, Neil claimed to have gotten the subject to email him.  I wasn't CCed, were you, and even if I was, how do I know it is from the actual person?  As it stands, we simply took his word for it.

DJ claimed that the episodes on the disc didn't match the printing on the disc.  As with Neil, we all took DJ's word for it.  Why you can't, only you know.

We already had a solution within the rules.

No martian, your solution was not within the rules as I previously pointed out and explained. I believe dj will provide the documentation provided in this thread. You always think you have the answers by parsing words. Ad to my alleged reason, its ad it always is follow the rules and document  I am speechless that you think Neills situation was identical, that's hokum and snake oil, pal. PT Barnum would be proud, not me. Disappointed. The rules were not designed for users to try and dance around them.

In your opinion...which is no more or less valid than any other opinion.

As I already said, at the top of this page, I too believe he will provide the proper documentation.

I never claim to have the answers.  Unlike you, I simply offer my opinion as to how I interpret the rules.

I am speechless that you believe the situations are different as, in both cases, claims that could not be documented were made.  I am even more speechless that you chose to accept one without question, yet couldn't accept the other.

Since I already know what your response is going to be, I will just bow out of this and let you argue with yourself.

100th this.

(Just adding in the numerous members other than lil' ol' Skippy who would agree with this without question).

Oh Skippy and his little tantrums. What would this place be without them?

Oh yeah... civil, calm, quiet, understanding, almost arguement free and a hell of a lot more fun to visit.

Why this person hasn't been officially banned is beyond me. What a clusterfuck. No wonder DVDProfiler is a joke to anyone outside of these forums. Maybe we'll get lucky. Maybe he'll take another one of his "three month voluntary vacations" and come back with a goddamn spell check on his phone. Wouldn't that be lovely.
The night is calling. And it whispers to me soflty come and play.

I get tired of the same game playing and having to repeat myself time and again.

Only thing that you're repeating is dodging the question which is still without an answer.
Quote:
I will say this the hypo you described would absolutely involve a distributor supplied replacement disc without doubt and the replacement plan would be announced within days of release.

And if not? And even if this would happen the original release would overrule the replacement release (per rules).
Quote:
So from a profiler point of view it would be a non issue almost, with a possible exception.

Could you please stop squirming and just answer the question? I know you have difficulties in writing so I make it easy for you. Just type English or Spanish. One word, it's not much asked.
