We (Renegade Studios) fully own Star Trek: Of Gods and Men as are the only ones allowed to produce and distribute DVD's of it. That said, The film contains element from Star Trek in it that are owned by Paramount/CBS and as such prohibit us from making any profit on the film. Due to this factor we have applied the appropriate disclaimers to the DVD preventing someone else from re-selling it. So your assertion is is correct and we are fully in compliance with copyright agreements.
